RegistrationsAll consignments to the <strong>Buckeye</strong> <strong>Morgan</strong> <strong>Horse</strong> <strong>Sale</strong> <strong>LLC</strong> arerequired to be registered. The sale also requires that all originalregistrations and signed transfers be in place before the horse goesinto the sale ring. Catalog number of the horse is the sale order.The seller quarantees the identity of each animal as it appears onthe registration certificate. All horses will be transfered to theperson indicated on the sales slip. Cost to transfer ownership ofthe consignments to new owners will be deducted from the saleproceeds. Buyer will be responsible for any additional transfers.Title passes at the fall of the auctioneer’s hammer, at which all riskand responsibility for the horse passes to the buyer.Buyers: All sales are final.TermsAll consignments must have a new halter and lead rope, otherwisethe sale committee will supply one and charge the seller forthe cost. No horse will be allowed to leave the grounds without acheckout slip indicating full payment. All horses must be removecfrom the barns by midnight Saturday evening, the last day of thesale unless other arrangements are made with the sale committee.All sellers are responsible for their horses until the time the gavelfalls, after which the buyer is in full responsibility. The sale committeereserves the right to refect any forses for any reason, includingbut not limited to: unsoundness, poor condition or improperdocumentation of registration or health papers.WarrantiesAges, heights, markings and physical conditions are approximatedand not guaranteed. It is the responsibility and obligation of thebuyer to examine the horse before he bids, as ALL sales are final.In case of typographical errors or other errors are discovered, theauctioneer will announce them, which will take precedence overthe printed catalog. Buyers are therefor cautioned to pay attentionto the auctioneers announcements.9
