Studio Facilities, a cornerstone of <strong>Warner</strong> Bros., isseeking a talented professional to join the WBSF Finance team. TheFinance department directs and oversees finance and accountingactivities for 220+ profit and cost centers for Burbank (WBSF) andLeavesden (WBSL) Facilities. The <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Financial</strong> <strong>Analyst</strong> is a keycontact for operating budget matters.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare, consolidate and manage Budgets for <strong>Warner</strong> Bros.Studio Facilities Burbank and Leavesden including OperatingBudget, Forecast, Monthly Outlooks and 5 Year Plan.Develop processes and tools for the monthly, quarterly andannual review and analysis of WBSF revenue & expenses.Ensure financial results are reported in conformity withGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Research and analyze variances, and advise management ofthe results.Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly variance explanations ofactual to budgets and to prior year results, and ensureCorporate reporting requirements and timelines are met.Assist and support other personnel with varying levels offinancial expertise.Provide Management strategic analytical information helpingthe Company to remain a leader in its industry.Assist in achieving financial targets by supporting moreeffective resources utilization, improving customer service(internal and external customers) and identifying opportunitiesto improve earnings and cash flow.
JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required and minimumthree to five years relevant work experience in Accounting orFinance.CPA and or MBA required.Substantial experience in Finance and General Accountingspecifically in the following areas: Variance analysis, financialmodeling, financial statement preparation, review & analysis,audit and general ledger account analysis.Ability to organize documents and create work papersdocumenting accounting variances.Excellent verbal & written communication skills are essential.Proficiency with MS Word, Access & Excel required.
