Date:Place:Date:Annexure-IITerms and conditions• The appointment is purely on a contract basis and any service renderedwill not bestow right for regularisation of service or privileges of a governmentemployee.• The candidates monthly remuneration will Rs. 30,000/-. However, in case ofretired Government employees this remuneration shall be subject to therelevant instructions laid down by the government in this regard.• No other allowances viz. Dearness Allowance, Transport Allowance,Medical reimbursement, LTC etc. is admissible. They will also not be entitledfor pension, provident fund or residential accommodation.• Travelling Allowance as entitled for Assistant Commissioner of Security ofBCAS for approved tour will be admissible.• Contract can be renewed by mutual agreement with approval of thecompetent authority.• Contract can be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notice orpayment of one month’s consolidated emoluments in lieu thereof.• Contract can be terminated without notice by the competent authority if atany time, information, past or present, concerning the individual which is

detrimental to national security is received or his activities are found to bedamaging to the interests of BCAS.• They are liable to be posted at any office of BCAS.****
