I graduated from medical school in 1977. Idid my research in marine bacteriology and genetics in 1973, finished my Ph.D.research project. My graduate director told me all I had to do was write thethesis because I finished a five year project in five months. I trained under Dr.Robert Brown who was a bioweaponeer who worked at Bethesda and also at aninstitute in Colorado. I can tell you that there are a number of things havingworked as a civilian doctor on contract with the U.S. Space Command‐‐Star Wars,in the mid‐nineties in Colorado and having a background in bacteriology andgenetics exactly what’s going on in terms of the material because I took care ofpilots flying out of Buckley and Peterson Air Force bases in Colorado that fly thehigh altitude drones and the robotic drones as well as aircraft that are dumpingbiotoxins in the air.

Deborah:This is the geo‐engineering program we’re talking about.Dr. Deagle: They started doing tests on bacterial dispersions back in the 1920swith biplanes. And they were using bacteria that were real simple ones like oneswhich would show up orange on an agar plate. We have specific bacteria,without getting into all the specifics, that when they grow they turn orange on theagar plates. You can see in your lab if the airflow is proper and if you’re able tokill off the bacteria by flaming the cathearst with alcohol. You can pour alcohol onthem and then flame them. So then you can have a clean environment when youput these plates out to make sure that you weren’t having any dispersions ofbacteria in the lab that would screw up your test.Now, there are basically four types of biotoxins, and most people are aware of acouple of them but not all four. The first biotoxin is bacterial, viral, mycobacterial,fungal, etc. But they’re doing testing and they’re sending these dispersions outthere at low altitude. There are basically three levels of “chemtrails” which arebasically chemical and biological and other nano‐technological agents that arereleased into the atmosphere all the way from low atmosphere to high. If you’relooking at low atmosphere those are primarily dispersions of biological weapons,chemicals. And they usually have Bacillus (inaudible). Bacillus Fluorescens whichfluoresces under a wood lamp so they can actually pick out the material and thebacteria and actually see that was a deposit caused by their chemtrails creatingthese little spinning fluffy clouds that block the sun and change the albedo of thelower atmosphere so they can induce cloud formation and so on.The Number One Military Project: They’re also looking at dispersion of biologicalagents. In fact 85 percent of the research of the U.S. military in terms ofbiological weapons research, 85 percent for the last twenty‐five years is not ingrowing viruses or bacteria, but creating what is called microtoxins under stressfulconditions. Microtoxins are used in the battlefield but they also want to use themin Operation Sunshine. They come over with small robotic helicopters that canspray a population and knock them down. It doesn’t kill you but it paralyzes youand then they can do whatever they want. They can disorient the population.

They can make you nauseated and vomiting and that stuff. And they can makeyou so disoriented you can’t stand up. So these, that we call psychoactive agents,are biotoxins specifically extracted from fungi. That’s the number one project theU.S. military has been working on, not biological agents that get out of controlbecause they realize it will kill their own soldiers and they can also mutate so thateven if they “think” they have a vaccine it won’t protect them. And they don’thave 100 percent verification if even all their biohazard suits don’t have holes inthem or other problems that happen when you’re in the battlefield. So whatthey’ve done is they’ve concentrated on what’s called immediate dispersion ofbiological microtoxins. That’s the first layer in biological weapons, bio‐researchmarkers to measure the dispersion pattern.The Second Military Project: The second level of the chemtrail project is what’scalled weather modification where they put up what’s called doping agents thatactually create micronuclei. Just like cosmic waves create micronuclei is coronalmass ejections from the sun, solar wind and also what’s called gamma burst andbackground cosmic radiation that varies in the cosmos. So there’s a lot of cosmicradiation and there’s going to be more rainfall, okay. So they’re talking aboutmodifying the weather. And they have a super computer at Boulder at NOAA thattakes the data when they do what’s called drivers. They insert a driver and it canbe thousands of miles away but it affects weather patterns in the jet streams sothey can affect the climate and have a weather weapon against other countries.They can create droughts. They can create famine. They can create tremendousweather storms and they can steer weather by creating what’s called a transdimensionalvortex. It’s a spiral shaped magnetic flux field that pulls storm cells intoward a spiraling magnetic flux field. They can actually pull them in and create astorm cell and move it like with a joy stick by super heating the ionosphere out inthe upper atmosphere. And they have these weapon systems. They’re not justground based like HAARP. They’re space based weapons that super heat theionosphere.The Third Military Project: The third level that people are not aware of isnanotechnology. They are putting out nanotechnological weapons into the

atmosphere. Those include genetically modified organisms that arenanotechnologically developed nano‐organisms that are basically bio‐robots.The Fourth Military Project: The fourth level that people have never heard ofbefore is that they’re turning the entire atmosphere into what’s called a plasma.And then they put these particular particles like a nanoparticle of barium, thoriumand strontium. And every fiftieth atom of thorium by nature is radioactive.They’re doing this because they’re creating a plasma. And they do the upperatmosphere. They’re doing what Edward Teller suggested should be done at22,000 miles up, but they’re doing it in the upper troposphere about 80,000 to73,000 feet to deflect chromatic injections, to stop a CME (Chromatic MassEjection) from knocking out power grids and electronics on the ground.They are the only chips that are EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) proof becausetubes are somewhat resistant . . . but not totally. The Russians have known thisfor decades, so most of the aircraft including their long range bomber jets still usetubes because tubes are relatively EMP resistant, but not totally. The only totallyresistant weapon has magnetic microchips are from the Atneil Corporation inColorado Springs. .I have all the technical details on it and I have a close to photographic memoryand advanced technical training in pretty well every science you can think of.When I talked to the technicians and understood they were way behindproduction in order to replace all of our jet aircrafts to operating chips, ourmarine craft, for example, most of our navy, we bought chips on the open market.Most of those chips are made in China. We’ve also transferred technology toChina of what’s called scalar harmonically resonant electromagnetic weapons.And the Chinese have these weapons and they’ve also given them to the Iranians.So they can tune to the specific microchips say in our step down transformers andour battle carrier groups or our missile launch systems, and they can actually shutoff the microchips thousands of miles away. So we’re idiots thinking we’re goingto war with China or Iran because they can simply tune out and shut down thedaisy chain of all of our microchips.

So what they’re trying to do is they want to create a plasma because they canthen pump frequency through it. Specifically every tissue in every living organismis called a harmonic capacitor which means there’s a specific tunable frequency.Just like an earthquake will take down one building but not the next one becauseif there are not frequencies within that earthquake that are harmonic with aspecific building, the building will not develop what’s called giant waves and tearthe structure apart. Well the same is true with a living organism. There’s aharmonic frequency for every tissue in every organ. And if you create the specificharmonic frequency you can release it in biological molecules and it will destroycertain tissues and can activate certain gene complexes.They’re fully aware of this and they deployed these in Gulf War II. They werecalled poppers. I asked my contact why they called them poppers and it isbecause the Republican Guard would pop out of bunkers like they were popcorn,because they would release a fear molecule and hardened Republican Guardmurderers were crawling up to the Americans without one shot being fired,begging them to turn it off because it induced such a state of fear. They usedthem in Fallujah and in Najav so that people who would walk through the middleof a combat zone, like a woman and child, the operational robots, of which therewere over 1200 deployed in Gulf War II, would lock onto a target and hit themwith a ping for a friend or foe dog tag, and if they didn’t have a friend or foe dogtag on they could do an accurate head shot at 2‐1/2 miles with either a highcaliber weapon or directed energy weapon.So we’re in the 21 st century where mind warfare, operational robots, directedenergy weapons and turning the plasma of the air literally into frequencies. Ifyou want to kill an entire crop you can . . . because the air has become a plasmayou can pump frequencies that can be toxic to a wheat crop, you can pump infrequencies from the sky that can cause changes in behavior or cause bliss tomake people unreasonably exuberant, despite the fact that they are in adangerous situation, and you can make people basically psychologically andphysically paralyzed so they can’t function.

And if people think oh, no, this is just sci‐fi. They can’t do it. I could spend hoursgiving them the technical details of exactly how they can do it. I don’t want tobecause some whack job out there will probably try to do it and turn it into abiological weapon. The government already has plenty and I don’t want them todiscover what I found thirty years ago.My background is nuclear physics. I was supposed to go to MIT for nuclearphysics. I switched to honor biochemistry. I have a particular talent in math,physics and hard sciences and I believe in numbers. I also have a close tophotographic memory and I have the capacity to do things that most people thinkis a little unusual. If you want to do battle with me in the court, I am fearless butnot careless. I’m going to tear you apart and like a wood chipper I can turn youinto a mush. My attitude toward the people that try to pretend that thistechnology is not possible when they have technology that they deployed inEscondido, in Carlsbad, three years ago when they had the pre‐elections in 2008where they could go up to 300 decibels. But if they turn it up to a maximum theycould liquefy your liver, cause you to have grand mal seizures or have a cardiacarrest. I don’t think they should be deploying these as sound systems.I don’t think they should be deploying active denial systems that can causeterahertz waves to activate the pain receptors in your skin which is the complex Idiscovered and have patents on the initial pain gate in the skin. I’m the actualdiscoverer of the pain gate. So I am totally pissed. And anybody who is ignorantenough to think that I’m blowing smoke they need to turn off the radio, turn offthe YouTube, walk away and have a quiet suicide and don’t bother me anymore.And I do tell people if you’re stupid enough to threaten me in any way I will sueyou. And if you try to harm me or my family, if you try to come to my home orthreaten me, I’m going to make your day. And it’s going to be a bad one.So we’re in a bio‐struggle for humanity now. This is not a rehearsal. The weaponsystems are now turning on us, including the smart grid which is an Agenda 21program. And I talked to Dr. Olle Johansson from four o’clock to five fifteenPacific time, October 11 th , exactly ten years and one month after 9/11 which wasa nuclear demolition. And they repeatedly threatened to arrest me for making

the request for testing that would measure elements like Iron 58, non‐radioactiveheavy element of iron caused by neutron insertion from a nuclear blast. Otherisotopes are slow decaying radio isotope signatures indicating the use of superthermite which they did use, and nuclear weapons as U.S. Army Corps engineermicro nukes are set in a chain of (inaudible) down the central part of the buildingto turn a third of the mass of the building to an atomic vapor, which by the waysuper thermite wouldn’t do.So if you can understand just how far down the rabbit hole we are, this is the endgame. And the end game is to kill us. This is not to just kind of control us. It’s tocontrol us first and then to kill us. Once they have a new financial order theywant to have a carbon tax and they want to be able to have the smart grid inplace so they can shut off your power and put toxic frequencies through thebroadband power network that can destroy your health, destroy your biology,control your mind and eventually terminate you and your family after they’vesterilized you. People think this is just a delusion. They’re idiots and they’re goingto die soon and take themselves out of the gene pool. That’s the facts!Deborah:What is the remedy here? What can people do to stop this?Dr. Deagle: Revolution.Deborah:What?Dr. Deagle: Revolution, revolution. The people that are going to occupy WallStreet, including my second oldest son, Steven, who is down there now in a tentin San Diego downtown, is they’re not asking for the governor or the chiefmagistrate or the city mayor or anybody to come up and talk to them. They justwant to talk to each other and tell everybody they’re sick and tired of this andthey’re mad as hell like Network (the movie) and they’re not going to take itanymore. They’re basically at the point now where we’re as Jules Celente saysmoments away from a hot bloody revolution, moments away. We’re fed up. Andwhen we see what they’re doing to the Greeks and what they want to do with theEuropean sovereign debt and how the world economy is teetering on disaster . . .the Greeks I read this morning in the Wall Street Journal they’re still trying to

squeeze them more. And there’s no way they’re going to come up with enoughmoney to keep the debt solvent . . . the same with Portugal, Spain and Italy. SoEurope is toast. America is toast. And it’s all by design so they can create a newglobal economy with one hundred billion dollars a year just to force us into thesmart grid and all the other grids they want.I took care of employees at the Virtual World Project at Colorado SpringsSchriever Air Force Base, 300 levels of security of NORAD. I was their doctor. Itook care of some employees in the Virtual World Project for six years. And as Isay, I have an advanced technical and scientific background in virtually everyspecialty from multiplexing satellite signals to machine language, softwareprogramming to nanotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry, genetics, biology,medicine, pretty well every area in science that you can imagine. I understandand I’m either self‐taught in everything from geomagnetism to geology and havean extensive background in every one of these areas to be able to converse withall the specialists, retaining everything that they say and feed them moreinformation to cross correlate between these various diverse specialties thatdon’t talk to each other. I have had a measured IQ of over 200. And I have a badass attitude and a personality disorder which does not have reverse gear.Deborah: We’re glad you’re on our team, I’ll tell you that much right now. Andwe’re on a major . . .Dr. Deagle: I’m on the dark side like Darth Vader. But I can tell you these peoplewill wish they had the devil after them not Dr. Deagle because I’m not going toback down. When they think they’re going to put a smart meter on my house as Itold them off, these technicians yesterday and this attorney, Raul AllemandesSmith, I made it very plain, and so did my wife, Michelle, who is another warrior,that we are going to sue their ass if they cut off the power . . . immediately. Infact, I’m going to call right now Mitch Blacher from 10 News who I’ve beenfeeding this information for two months on the story. He’s gotten every emailincluding the latest one this morning sent to Raul Smith who is senior legalcounsel for Sempra Energy San Diego Gas and Electric and they’re in deep trouble.

Rather than bullying me they’ve just pissed me off major. There will be nobullying.What’s going to happen is we’ve made it very plain. You want to put an “analog”meter that is certified by SDG&E, no problem. You want to put a smart meter, it’snot going to be funny. You will not have access to it. You’ve got to cut the power.You’re going to get sued. I’ll have an injunction on you and I’ll have a lawsuitslapped on you, not in state court but federal court. I’ve been preparing a lawsuitfor the last two and a half months. So we’re just about ready to file. I talked toDr. Olle Johansson. I’m the first individual especially professional in any countryin the world willing to file against the federal government, the utilitiescommission and the utility in federal court.Deborah:Johansson?And this will be discussed today on your radio program with Dr.Dr. Deagle: I discussed it yesterday with Ron MacDonald on hour number one. Inhour number three we discussed cancer because of the smart meter radiation.These smart meter devices are a very strong inductive of cancer, heart disease,dementia, infertility, mood disorders, violent behavior . . . you name it. Thesesmart meter’s scalar radiation electro‐toxins induce changes in biology and createfree radical damage. And I’m presenting the keynote lecture in Las Vegas inDecember 2011. I’m speaking on mitochondria and free radicals and specific genecomplexes that regulate aging and cancer. I’m presenting the primary lecture onthat in Las Vegas to all the doctors in the world.And next spring (2012) I’m presenting the primary lecture to the Academy ofEnvironmental Medicine on Fukushima and world radiation caused by theFukushima radiation disaster including (inaudible) the nuclear reactor which I’man expert on as well because I took care of employees working at the SavannahRiver Nuclear Plant, the nuclear plant in Central Illinois as a director of themedical (inaudible) clinic and the emergency department, trauma center andburn center. And also was the next down from the commander working at RockyFlats, the most toxic nuclear waste site in the western world. So I was theirdoctor. So they’re not talking to a minor person here. I’m a fellow who is highly

qualified and experienced and really pissed off about the idea that they’re goingto dismiss it (smart meter issue) and they said we don’t care about the health ofyour daughter or yourself. We don’t care about cutting off your power. We’regoing to not only cut off your power, we’re threatening to sue you and put in jail,Dr. Deagle, for a year. And I’m not happy. I’m not happy.Deborah: What would you say to people right now that are noticing theconsequences of the overhead aerial spraying and there are people now that arebecoming frightened?Dr. Deagle: The air is being converted to a plasma so they can pump scalarfrequencies to effect biology.Deborah:What can people do to stop this?Dr. Deagle: The primary thing is we have a radiation protection protocol that isfor smart meters and toxic radiation. And I have nutraceuticals specifically to stopthe growth of pathogens and the effects of scalar radiation on your cells. Themost important protection, and this is Dr. Carlo, is re‐mineralization. And thenfree radical protection, we have things like micro D2 and then the cell detox(inaudible), the most powerful (inaudible??) in the world. And if you look at theprotocol and if you take the supplements to re‐mineralize yourself because theprimary perm type of scalar radiation is demineralization. When you exposeyourself to scalar radiation, your cells, the ion channels, leak your mineral levelsand your cells get demineralized. You have a free radical load and your body can’tprotect itself so you get DNA breakage damage and the primary protectant ismineralization of the cells.So if they look at the protocol it makes it very plain and it’s what I call protection.The problem is the ultimate protection is to stop the exposure. They’re turningthe world literally into a microwave. Bees can’t find their way back to the hiveand birds are losing their way to navigate. And the reason is every living thing hasmagnetites. Magnetite is a molecule present in all living things because the fluxfields of the (inaudible) earth’s geomagnetic pulse brushes the electrons to theouter (inaudible) orbitals and allows them to cause chemical interactions. If you

put an animal or a human being or an insect in a metal box where there is nobrush ceiling (inaudible) of object in the (inaudible) box and the animals die. Theygo into slow motion first and then they die.So what it means is they’re actually putting a toxic scalar field that’s destroyingthe (inaudible) genetics that control our genes and they know that. They’reactually turning you into a plasma so they can control living things on the earth.They can also trigger off earthquakes by (inaudible) what’s called a (inaudible)electric slip threshold by pumping the scale of frequencies of harmonic andtectonic plates. And once it reaches enough energy the crystal structure of thefault lines start to absorb the energy and create a harmonic frequency that resultsin the (inaudible) resistance between the rock faces to drop towards zero, andthen the rock faces release energy until the (inaudible) resistance rises again. Andyou get a massive earthquake. So they can use this type of technology to effectbiological systems, (inaudible) the jet stream, by super heating the upperatmosphere and triggering off field magnetic effects, earthquakes and volcanoes.Deborah:As they did in Japan?Dr. Deagle: Yeah, and they can basically turn the earth into a weapon of massdestruction which is what they’re trying to do. Pretty amazing, isn’t it?Deborah:Well, on a happier note?Dr. Deagle: Well reality is always happy if you face reality and have a plan tosurvive and thrive. I knew these bastards were bad enough to try to threaten tocut off my power even though it wasn’t rational. So I have a 20 kilowattgenerator, and in three weeks or less I’m going to contact some people. I’m goingto have my solar panels on as quickly as I can. But you have to be fearless but notcareless. You have to realize you’re dealing with a psychopathic intent on murderenemy and they have no restraint. And if people think that what I’m saying is nottrue, they’re going to find the blunt end of it violently on top of their neck like awild animal. And they’re not going to be prepared and they’re not going to havethe emotional or physical energy to be able to fight the battle because theyhaven’t prepared in any way, shape or form for the level of intensity of the attack

that’s going to be on them personally, their family, their finances, their health,their home, everything they think of because they dismiss people like me andthink we’re doing what are called bizarre late night or middle of the dayentertainment and alternative radio when we are actually the news andeverything else is the snooze to put you to sleep . . .Deborah:That’s exactly right.Dr. Deagle: I’ve got to run because I’ve got to contact San Diego 10 News.
