Non-residential bookings require a £10 per person deposit to be paid.Residential bookings require a £50 deposit per room. All deposits are non transferableand are non refundable. Full pre-payment, with final numbers and full menu choices aredue a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. Or the 1st of December, whichever isearliest. After full payment is made, no reduction in numbers can be made. All paymentsmust be settled through the organiser, and not by the individuals, multiple payments forthe same event will NOT be allowed. All monies, once paid, are non refundable and nontransferable. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%Wherever stated in the brochure, pre orders are required, if none is given, the menu willbe at the discretion of the hotel. Please note, some dishes may contain nuts, or havebeen prepared in an area where dishes with nuts have also been prepared. Please askfor clarification. All dietary requirements must be made to us 14 days prior to yourevent. Please pre order and pre pay for your wines and any accommodation to ensureavailability.
