Ms. Perry-Green is an experienced <strong>CARF</strong> surveyorin Behavioral Health and Child and Youth Services. She also has experience as a QualityImprovement Director within a CABHA.Danielle Coleman, LCSW, is an experienced social worker and trainer who has workedwith numerous providers in North Carolina.Cost: $100.00 per person
