In the end, the success of an FTF is best measured througha participative monitoring and evaluation program which feeds insightsback into the future operational plans of the organization.With more than 60 mining FTFs operating in the developing world,there is a vast breadth of experience in using these structures to share thebenefits of mining. This publication has sought to expand the knowledgebase around the use of FTFs in the mining sector.
