◆ A summary outlining the principle <strong>and</strong> procedure.<br />

TWGBSI assembled in August 1998. After introductory remarks from<br />

the president of UCF, TWGBSI separated into five breakout sections to<br />

draft the <strong>Guide</strong>, which includes the following stages:<br />

◆ Prioritizing initial response ef<strong>for</strong>ts.<br />

◆ Evaluating the scene.<br />
