Mr. Assem El Husseini of 86424 Dinkelscherben, Germany,
assumed his duties as head of the research and
development team of our company on January 1 , 1982. At
that time our company had two research and development
teams.
On July 1, 1982 Mr. El Husseini was also put in charge of
our lab. This lab equipped by Mr. El Husseini went into
operation early in 1983. Mr. El Husseini reorganized and
adapted the quality control and management system to the
increased production output. Owing to this fact our
products assumed a stronger position in the market.
At that time our manager strictly divided tasks among the
two research and development teams and thus each team
was in charge of determined product groups. The following
products were created and developed by Mr. El Husseini
and thereafter prepared for series production together with
the production and technology departments

Ever since the takeover of the plant in Dresden Mr. El
Husseini was completely taking care of the standard
products as fresh milk and butter and he largely
contributed to the implementation of all procedures in our
plant in Leppersdorf.

For our distribution company in ltaly Mr. El Husseini
developed and created numerous special products for the
Italian market including Bianco Mio, Maiga Paradiso,
Sachsenmilch for Italy, Flocci di Pacolo, lette Crema,
Crema di Yogurt as well as Müllermix.

Trade mark area
Mr. El Husseini successfully developed and brought to
production numerous yogurts and desserts for the trade
mark area in Germany and abroad.
Summary
Only in 1995 the Müller Dairy sold more than 800 million
cups of products developed by Mr. El Husseini. This
amount represents more than 60% of the total annual sales
figure.
Value analysis
Due to our high production quantities and thus
a substantial need of additives it was indispensable to work
on the base of a value analysis. This was the first and
foremost guideline of Mr. El Husseini and his team and thus
a high quality level was maintained throughout the whole
production. The achieved annual savings were substantial.
Commencement of operations
In 1991 Mr. El Husseini presented the concept of
technological procedure and successfully co-operated with
the production department in commencing production in
our plant Market Drayton in England.
From 1992 to 1994 we have established our own fruit
sundae production in our plants in Aretsried and Market
Dray-ton. Under the supervision of Mr. El Husseini sundaes
for his production area were produced there.
In 1996 our new plant in Leppersdorf was put in operation
and Mr. El Husseini supervised with his team the
production of all his products on the new machines without
any problems whatsoever and achieved within the shortest
period laudable quality standards.

Law relating to food and drugs
In his capacity of chief of lab in Aretsried Mr. El Husseini
was also responsible for declarations and the law relating
to food and drugs for all countries in Europe. Mr. El
Husseini carried all tasks relating to the observance of all
food regulations and stipulations, i.e. updating and
changing declarations, making statements to complaints of
authorities and clarifying the laws relating to food and
drugs in Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary, the Czech
Republic, Slovenia, Poland, France, England and the
Netherlands to our utmost satisfaction. Thus Mr. El
Husseini remained in charge of filing technological
declarations even after our new legal department started
working late in 1993.
Owing to the products he developed and owing to his
professional attitude and tireless efforts Mr. El Husseini
made an immense contribution to the development and
progress of our company.
Due to his open-minded and friendly attitude Mr. El
Husseini was respected and liked by both his colleagues
and superiors. At all times Mr. El Husseini carried out all his
tasks and duties to our utmost satisfaction.
