Bidsecurity shall have to be in any one form as specified in the bidding document and shall have to be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.6 Bids must be delivered to any address listed above on or before 15:00 hours on dates mentioned above and will be opened at 11:00 hours on datesmentioned in above, in the in the office of the Resident Engineer (Concerned) in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. If the office happensto be closed on the date of receipt/ opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same timeand venue.7 A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16-07-2010 at 11:00 hrs. at the office of Resident Engineer (Concerned) to clarify the issues and to answerquestions on any matter that may be raised at that stage, as per Clause 9.2 of ‘Instructions to Bidders’ of the Bidding documents.8 Any amendment in the IFB shall henceforth be uploaded on website only.
