Repeaton opposite side.10. Turn eagle upside downand open along center line.One folded tab shouldnaturally lie underneaththe other.10. Turn the eagle over.Place a staple in the centerof head. If desired, bend thestaple slightly at the center fold (thiswill give the eagle a slight “v” shapewhen viewed head on).11.
