Where required you will assist in obtaining visas and work permits. If, despite the useof such efforts, the Company is unable to obtain visas and work permits it shall be excused from furtherperformance of the obligations to install equipment.and proper usage for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The Company’s obligation under thiswarranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at The Company’s option, products or parts determined by TheCompany to be defective in materials or workmanship.
