Combined with the TradeTips 2 FineFinish nozzles high-class quality surfacescan be achieved.AirCoat painting - air-supported applicationIn the AirCoat procedure (airless + air) the material is forced through the nozzle using a recipro-catingor diaphragm pump with a relatively low amount of pressure (3 – 12 MPa). Theamotising process is supported by compressed air (0.05 – 0.25 MPa). This is made possible bythe air cap that is centrally located directly on the nozzle bore which surrounds the sprayingmedium like a sheath.FineCoat painting - low pressure sprayingFineCoat is a low-pressure spraying technique that works with high air volumes and low airpressure (up to 0.07 MPa). A turbine generates the atomising air which flows through an airhose and atomises the paint via an air cap. The atomising air is also used to pressurise the paintin the cup. This delivers the coating material through the standpipe to the nozzle and atomisesthe remaining air.4
