International Film Festival in Austin.<br />

The South by Southwest Film Festival<br />

competition received over 3,100<br />

entries. Of those entries, three <strong>Birdville</strong><br />

students were selected finalists. Brandon<br />

won the 2007 high school competition;<br />

Adela received the Special Jury<br />

prize; and Jennifer was named finalist.<br />

Criminal Justice Competition had 70<br />

students <strong>from</strong> six area high schools participating<br />

in ten criminal justice related<br />
