LR areconcerned that this information should be restricted only to the GT affected to ensurethat confidentiality was not raised as an issue by the GIRS Providers. It was agreedthat where the finding related to the overall process then it may not be appropriate tonotify the GT. Major Non-Conformances affecting a design, to be submitted fordesign approval or following design approval, or those affecting site works to beadopted would be notified.Action: LR to notify GIRS Assessors to notify GTs for relevant Major NCs9.2 Completion FilesCM expressed concerned with a deterioration in GIRS Provider performanceregarding completion files. It was agreed that this would be highlighted at the GIRSForum and that LRQA would ask its auditors to pay particular attention to this aspectwhen undertaking audits. LK offered to make submitted completion files available forcomparison purposes.Action: LR to raise the issue with completion files at the next GIRS Forum andrequest auditors to focus on this area of activity9.3 Accreditation FeesLR mentioned that the annual fee review is nearing completion and is due to beimplemented 1 July 2012. It is expected to be an inflation linked increase across allrates. LR will notify GIRSAP and UP members when the proposed increase iseffective.Action: LR to circulate fee increase for comments10.
