3The FLS Core Classes are the Keyto Your Learning SuccessFLS core classes are a major part of our English Programs. Madeup of 9 levels, the core sequence is an integrated skills programthat teaches speaking, listening, reading and writing through amodern curriculum, teacher coaching and communicativeactivities. Our system simulates the way you learned your nativelanguage, through the natural use of all skills together. The dailycore class uses modern, colorful textbooks with fascinatingtopics, an American reader and regular testing of yourprogress. Each class also includes English Everywhere Hot Sheets,with key vocabulary, conversation starters and important lessonhighlights. The core class levels will take students from a foundationalunderstanding of English grammar all the way to theproficiency required for success at an American college.FLS English ProgramsAcademic EnglishOur high-powered AcademicEnglish Program has six hours perday of quality language instruction,including our Core Class,your choice of two electives orone premium test prep class anda daily Academic Workshop. Thisoption is designed for studentsintending to transfer to an Americancollege or university or toquickly attain English fluency.TOEFL/SAT/GRE/GMATPreparationAvailable for students in advancedlevels of the FLS English program,our comprehensive test preparationclasses cover all of the skillsnecessary to succeed on the TOEFL,SAT, GMAT and GRE. In addition tothe test prep class, students willimprove their English skills with oureffective Core Class and an additionaldaily Academic Workshop.Intensive EnglishThe Intensive English Programis a comprehensive approachto studying English.
