Message fromour President2013 LetterHello and welcome again to Bravo,2012 was certainly a fine year. As you may expect, wesolved problems all year long. Hopefully we solvedsome of yours. 2013 is going to be great, andhopefully busy for all of you as well.Now for the exciting stuff. Bravo has had severallong-term projects cooking and we can now share some of that with you. As you know, Bravo’ssuccess has been engineered through hard work, great products and best-in-the-industry customerservice & support. This isn’t going to change, but we are making big advancements internally whichwill increase the quality of all we do for you as well as the quality of our products. We are in the processof closely tying the concept of Kaizen with Lean & Green manufacturing methods and solidifyingit with a comprehensive 7S program (An advanced 5S strategy: Sort, Set in order, Shine,Standardize, Sustain, Safety and Sustainability). To that end, I can further share with you that we havemade a very large investment in a state-of-the-art manufacturing system of our own design that willtransform our entire production facility by the end of 2013. Once fully operational, together with our7S program these changes will drastically change our weekly output. Just-in-time scheduling will allowmaximum use of our increased supply and efficient plant layout. We will be able to moreaccurately estimate lead times as well as reduce them further. So more than ever we are going to befocused on observing and understanding what our customers want to pay for and what they do not, onwhat adds value and what does not.I want to share a quote from Richard Branson, Entrepreneur and founder of the Virgin group ofcompanies. He said "Complexity is your enemy. Any fool can make something complicated. It is hardto keep things simple.”So that is our challenge both with our products and our upcoming internal changes.
