Marilyn Moore°<strong>Grand</strong> Worthy Matron, O.E.S.<strong>Grand</strong> Worthy Matron Marilyn Moore is a native <strong>of</strong> Treutlen County (Soperton) <strong>Georgia</strong>. She isthe second Child and older daughter <strong>of</strong> five surviving children born to the parentage <strong>of</strong> BrotherJohn E. and Sister Shadie M. Edmond-Moore. She is currently employed by the Dublin City Schools as a Teacher <strong>of</strong>Family and Consumer Sciences, Grades (9-12) at Dublin High School. In 1971, <strong>Grand</strong> Master Davis graduated from Tuskegee Institute, which is now known asTuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. He graduated with a BS in Economics and PoliticalScience. In 1977, <strong>Grand</strong> Master Davis earned his Doctorate <strong>of</strong> Jurist Prudence from Woodrow WilsonCollege <strong>of</strong> Law in Atlanta, GA. Currently he is the owner and principal broker <strong>of</strong> Ramsey Davis, Jr.,Realty and Insurance Agency with over 34 years <strong>of</strong> experience.<strong>Grand</strong> Master Davis is a member <strong>of</strong> Ruth Chapter No. 102, O.E.S., Past Master <strong>of</strong> W.C. Thomas <strong>Lodge</strong>No. 112 , Past Commander in Chief <strong>of</strong> Atlanta Consistory No. 24, Past Commander <strong>of</strong> the House <strong>of</strong>Kadosh, Past Lecturer <strong>of</strong> Nabbar Temple No. 128, Past President <strong>of</strong> the Peach State Commanders <strong>of</strong> theRite, and Past Master <strong>of</strong> Ceremony for the <strong>Georgia</strong> Council <strong>of</strong> Deliberation. He has also served as RightWorshipful Deputy <strong>Grand</strong> Master, and Right Worshipful <strong>Grand</strong> Senior Warden. Currently he serves asThe Most Worshipful <strong>Grand</strong> Master for the Jurisdiction <strong>of</strong> <strong>Georgia</strong>.<strong>Grand</strong> Master Davis is a Life Member <strong>of</strong> Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. as well as a life member <strong>of</strong>The <strong>Georgia</strong> Council <strong>of</strong> PTAs. Hi is past president <strong>of</strong> the Atlanta Tuskegee Alumni Club, serves on theBoard <strong>of</strong> Young Financial Services, and the Board <strong>of</strong> Hotlanta Sports and Autos Association.<strong>Grand</strong> Master Davis is married to the former Cathy Green and they are the proud parents <strong>of</strong> four childrenand four grandchildren. <strong>Grand</strong> Master Davis and Sister Cathy are members <strong>of</strong> Jackson Memorial BaptistChurch, where he sings in the male choir. <strong>Grand</strong> Master Davis is a man who loves and fears the Lord,and is desirous <strong>of</strong> being a friend to all mankind.Page 17
