~If possible, it is always a good idea to do some basic inspection of the fuel for cleanliness andhaze, which could indicate the presence of water or wax (in cold weather). Suspended water in fuelmay result in water in your customers' tanks which will cause future problems. This should be doneregularly with all bulk quantities of fuel before accepting it. The purpose of this visual inspectionis to prevent picking up fuel that may contain contaminants or water.
