Each compact enclosurecan accommodate up to 12 microprocessorcontroller modules, each rated at 15 amperes.Each control module uses the Gammafluxproprietary PID 2 control algorithm.Thisalgorithm is time tested and proven on hot runnersystems around the world.The GLC can be configuredup to 36 zones housed in a 3 tier enclosure by linkingto the base modular package. Control zone identificationcan be created in whatever format theuser wants (alpha, numeric, etc.)Eight mold status alarms for eachzone are located on the operator’s panelinterface for quick and easy identificationof any mold process disturbance.The alarm status center continuouslymonitors all thermocouples, heaterpower and the mold temperatures.There is no scrolling required to accessany of the alarm functions.
