The detail Tender Call Notice along with tender documents will be available from theOfficial Web Site of Govt. of India www.bhadrak.nic.in for the works at Sl.No-1 to 2from 10 A.M. of 30.07.2011 to 4 P.M. of17.08.2011. TheIntending tenders may down load the tender documents fromthe above web site and to submit the cost of tender paper(non-refundable) in shape of D.D/P.O drawn in anyNationalised Bank in favour of Chairman, R.M.C., Bhadrakpayable at Bhadrak as per the “column 6” of the tender noticein a separate envelope super scribing as “Cost of tenderdocuments down loaded from the website” alongwith eachtender. The intendening Tenders for the works at Sl.No-3 to 6 may obtainthe tender documents from the office of the Regulated MarketCommittee, Bhadrak, At/ Salandi By Pass, Bhadrak, P.O./Dist-Bhadrak on payment of the cost of the bid document(nonrefundable)as per column No-6 of the Tender Notice in shapeof cash / in shape of Demand Draft / pay order drawn in favourof the Chairman, R.M.C., Bhadrak in person by writtenapplication during office hour from 30.07.2011 to 17.08.2011on any working day, on production of Valid RegistrationLicence.The Last date of receipt of Tender paper is 18.08.2011 up to 4.00 P.M. Thetender paper should be submitted by Registed post/Speed post only addressing tothe Chairman, Regulated Market Committee,Bhadrak, At-Salandi by passP.O/ Dist-Bhadrak.The envelop containing tender documents must besuperscribed with “Tender for the Work R.M.C., Bhadrak”. Tender received afterdue date & time will not be accepted. The authority is not responsible for anypostal delay or loss of tender documents.The tender should go through the detail tender call notice along with term andcondition before submitting their tender documents.The Chairman, R.M.C., Bhadrak will open the tender on dt. 19.08.2011 at 11 A.M.in the Office of the Collector & District magistrate, Bhadrak.In case, date of opening is declared as holiday the tender will be opened on thenext working day in the same time and venue.2.
