A Construction Method Statement (CMS) whichshould include:− pollution prevention safeguards, including drainagearrangements and the possible use and capacity ofsiltation traps, settlement tanks, and bunds;− storage and disposal of materials, including the siting ofstock piles, use of buffer strips and disposal methods;− construction site facilities, including extent and locationof construction site huts, vehicle equipment, andmaterials compound;− timing, duration and phasing of construction, particularlyin relation to salmon migration/spawning an avoidanceof periods of seasonally highest rainfall to sensitiveelements of construction.Please see Annex A for detailed information on the CMS.2.
