*Terms and Conditions:1) The promotion period is 1 March 2013 to 1 April 2013, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).2) Subject to these terms and conditions and any other requirements as AIA Singapore Private Limited (Reg. No.201106386R) (“AIA”) may stipulate from time to time, customers who make a successful purchase of the basic policies(including supplementary agreements) of AIA Secure Term Plus, AIA Complete Critical Cover and/or AIA PremierDisability Cover (“Eligible Plans”) shall be eligible to receive a cash reward of 15% of the initial first policy year paidpremium (“Cash Reward”). The Cash Reward will be rounded up to the nearest cent where applicable and applies to allmodes of premium payment.3) All new applications must be fully completed, submitted and full gross premiums paid to and received by AIA duringthe Promotion Period, except as expressly provided otherwise in these terms and conditions. An application in respectof an Eligible Plan must be approved by AIA and the relevant policy must be effective by 31 May 2013. For theavoidance of doubt, Eligible Plans for which coverage was effective prior to the Promotion Period (including any andall policy changes thereto and applications of such policy changes, whether before or during the Promotion Period),shall be excluded from this promotion.4) The following are expressly excluded from this promotion:(i) policies for which the free-look feature has been exercised;(ii) applications for Eligible Plans which were withdrawn and subsequently re-submitted to AIA for consideration;(iii) policies for which changes are made to the insured amount / sum assured after inception of the relevant policies,whether during or after the Promotion Period;(iv) any and all premiums paid after the first payment of premiums.5) If AIA determines that a policyholder is entitled to a Cash Reward pursuant to these terms and conditions, AIA willcontact such policyholders within three months following the effective date of the relevant policy.6) If any person is subsequently discovered to be not entitled or ineligible to participate in this promotion and/or toreceive the Cash Reward, AIA reserves the right to forfeit or reclaim the Cash Reward at its discretion. No person shallbe entitled to any payment or compensation from AIA should any Cash Reward be forfeited or reclaimed.7) AIA may at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, withdraw or cease this promotion or vary theterms and conditions of this promotion at any time.8) AIA’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding on all persons.
