The generalstandard of implementationis very good; althoughperformance can be improvedto excellent.6 Outstanding The level of implementationand suffi ciency of evidenceprovided are of the higheststandard. There is abundantevidence that performance issustainable and maintained.The general standard ofimplementation is excellentand exemplary.Provider sites were quite similar and consistent in their achievements on different criteria. From theaverage score for each question across all sites, the highest scoring criteria were Managementinformation system (MIS) and reporting, Qualifi cations and learning programmes, and Assessment,in that order. The lowest scoring criteria were Provider safety and security, Learner access andsupport, and Client satisfaction, in that order.4.2 RELATIVE STRENGTHS OF SITESMANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) AND REPORTINGEvaluators were impressed by the management of information and MIS systems of providers. Thiswas the criterion on which providers were most compliant by an obvious margin, with 85% of sitesdemonstrating adequate evidence (score of 3) on the overall criterion. The criterion was brokendown into indicators and the level of compliance was still very high. Some of these are: 96% of sitesshowed adequate evidence (score of 3) of monitoring attendance of learners and educators; 92%of tracking learner progress and attainment; 91% of ensuring privacy and safekeeping of recordsfor learners and staff. Perhaps educators are versed in the practice of keeping records and havemade the transition to electronic data management in an effi cient and effective way.QUALIFICATIONS AND LEARNING PROGRAMMESProviders also scored well on the criterion “Qualifi cations and learning programmes”, with 73%25
