Chaloem Ratchamongkhon LineOn August 9, 1999, His Majesty the King graciously bestowed the name “The M.R.T.Chaloem Ratchamongkhon” which means “Celebration of the Auspicious Kingship” on theMetro Project, Hua Lamphong—Bang Sue Route, that has 18 stations along the over 20kilometers distance.Being one of Bangkok’s heavy mass rapid transit, the M.R.T.
