He hasworked for contractors as wellas for employers, funders andconsultants. He regularlyadvises some of Europe’s majorconstruction players and hisusual caseload involves projectsin Europe, Africa, South-EastAsia, the Indian Sub-continentand the Middle East. He is aFellow of the Chartered Instituteof Arbitrators, an accreditedadjudicator and mediator and aPanellist of the AmericanArbitration Association.
