He is also leading the Director Survey ofSID since 2008.He is instrumental in introducing best practice tools, protocols and analytics in executive compensation,board and director evaluation to a number of market leaders in Singapore; and, also frequentlycontributes professional views in board management issues such as board/executive performance,compensation, leadership and succession.Lee Voon KeongSenior Consultant, Compensation and Performance, Southeast AsiaAon HewittMr Lee is a Senior Consultant in the Executive Compensation & Performance practice of Aon Hewitt,Southeast Asia.He has close to 10 years of extensive consulting experience, advising companies in executivecompensation strategies and incentive plan designs for leading local and multinational organisations inSoutheast Asia. These include compensation strategy and benchmarking for executives and board ofdirectors, design and implementation of incentive plans (including EVA plans), accounting valuations ofshare‐based compensation, review of key performance indicators and scorecards, and setting of targetsfor performance‐based compensation through financial modelling and scenario testing. In addition tohis consulting responsibility, Mr Lee manages our share valuation services to our clients.Mr Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University(SMU) with a major in Finance.
