Please referto our school calendar for quarter and semester dates. Payment for tuition/school fee maybe made by full school year or by semester.Refund for the payments which were made by full year:• Full refund if a student does not attend any days of 2011-2012 school year and the writtenrequest is received on or before Thursday, June 1, 2011.• 15% of full-year tuition will be charged if a student does not attend any days of 2011-2012 school year and the written request is received on or after Thursday, June 2, 2011, butbefore Tuesday, July 19, 2011.• 25% of full-year tuition will be charged if a student does not attend any days of Quarter 2and the written request is received on or after Monday, July 18, 2011, but before Wednesday,August 24, 2011 (the first day of Quarter 1).• 50% of full-year tuition will be charged if a student does not attend any days of Quarter 3and the written request is received on or after Friday, August 19, 2011, but before Monday,October 31, 2011 (the first day of Quarter 2).• 75% of full-year tuition will be charged if a student does not attend any days of Quarter4 and the written request is received on or after Tuesday, November 1, 2011, but beforeTuesday, February 7, 2012 (the first day of Quarter 3).• 100% of full-year tuition will be charged if the written request received on or after Tuesday,February 7, 2012.(Tuition Policy continued on next page...)www.concordiahanoi.org
