Limited. He hasworked in investment banking <strong>for</strong> over 20 years and has specialisedin the natural res<strong>our</strong>ces sector. He has advised many of the majornatural res<strong>our</strong>ces companies on acquisitions, divestitures and capitalmarket transactions, including BHP Billiton, Glencore, Norsk Hydro,Stora Enso, Total and Rio Tinto. After qualifying as a chartered accountant, he workedwith Robert Fleming & Co. Limited in private equity, investmentbanking and stockbroking. Prior to joining Ambrian, John was DeputyManaging Director of JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management inFrance. John holds an hon<strong>our</strong>s degree in business and economicsfrom Trinity College, Dublin, and is a member of the Institute ofChartered Accountants in England and Wales.Charles CrickNon-executive DirectorCharles is a solicitor, having trained and spent the early part of hiscareer at Allen & Overy. After a number of years in private practicespecialising in corporate finance and banking law, he joined NumisSecurities in 1996. From 1997 until his retirement at the end of 2004he was head of Corporate Finance and a main board director ofNumis Corporation plc. Charles is also a partner of Longbow CapitalLLP, a venture capital partnership. Charles became a Non-executivedirector of Ambrian Partners in August 2006 and joined the mainBoard in May 2007.Lee Seng HuangNon-executive DirectorLee Seng Huang is the Executive Chairman of Sun Hung Kai & Co.Limited, the leading non-bank financial institution in Hong Kong,which is listed in Hong Kong. He is the Chairman of MulphaInternational Berhad, a Malaysian-listed conglomerate withoperations in Southeast Asia, Australia and China, and a director ofFKP Property Group, a leading property developer, listed on theAustralian Securities Exchange.
