PERMITTED USESThe Sedro-Woolley Senior Center Building will be primarily used for the operation of theSedro-Woolley Senior Center and related senior oriented functions. Private parties, residentsand community groups may rent portions of the Sedro-Woolley Senior Center Building forcommunity meetings, classes, and other similar activities on a space available basis and uponapproval of the Senior Center Coordinator. No retail sales shall be permitted. No alcoholicbeverages shall be permitted. The kitchen is not available for rental use. Any activity notmentioned above will require city council approval. The City reserves the right to denyusage to any person or organization.2. RESERVATIONSThe Sedro-Woolley Senior Center Building may be reserved for the periodic and temporaryuse of the residents and groups within the City of Sedro-Woolley. Reservations must bemade in person at the City Finance Directors Office, where a calendar of such reservationswill be maintained. Reservations may be made up to one (1) year in advance of the reserveddate. No reservations shall be made without first coordinating with and receiving writtenapproval of the Senior Center Coordinator. In most cases, reservations will be allowed forrental periods of less than a full day; the reservation shall indicate the approved rental periodwhich is not to exceed eighteen hours.3. RENTAL FEESRental fees for use of the Community Center are as follows:RESIDENT ALL OTHERS COMMUNITY GROUPMonday through Thursday $ 50.00 $200.00 $25.00Friday through Sunday $100.00 $250.00 $25.00Rental fees must be paid at the time the reservation is made. If the reservation is notcancelled in writing at least 60 days before the reservation date, it will not be refunded.4.
