EC2 StudioCD Player & AnalyserA true standalone unit providing full CDand CD-R verification. Fully automatedverification of Table of Contents, PQ dataand Error rates combined with digitalaudio playback.• The EC2 Studio is an affordable, easy touse CD and CD-R verifier with applicationsin Pre-Mastering, Glass-Mastering,Archiving and Broadcast environments.• CD´s are checked against the CDSpecifications. Parameters include TOCand PQ information, Status bits, UPC/EANand ISRC data, full Error statistics andAudio level information.• The self contained 3U rack mount unithouses a specially selected optical chassi formaximum repeatability and accuracy. Thismeans that the user will always get thesame result in the same tester or in anyother EC2. Control of the dedicatedhardware is handled by an internal PC.Software and format upgrades are easilyaccomplished via the built in floppy drive.• Outputs are provided for printer, alarm,headphones, analog audio and digital audiovia AES/EBU as well as SPDIF coaxial andoptical. Optional are SMPTE time code,PQ Burst, Remote interface and Ethernetnetwork connection.• Parameters for configuring the Display,File handling, Printing, Auto functions,Warning and Failure Error levels, PQ Burstand DDP file generation can all be set usingthe accompanying Windows based Setupsoftware. Error statistics can be output to aprinter, to a network or to a diskette.• An optional Windows based Control &Display software, VisionOne, is availablefor installation on a separate PC,communicating over RS-232 and displayinggraphs, tables and TOC/ETOC info on aVGA-screen as well as providing highresolutionprint-outs.
