The completed application form published by the Civil Aviation Authority;2. Original copy of identification document or passport;3. Original copy of a valid foreign Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License, ifapplicable;4. Employment certificate issued by the airline or maintenance organizationincorporated in Macao;5. Resume and personal log book;6. Two recent 1.5-inch color photos;7. Original copy of the training certificate that proves the successful completion ofthe appropriate maintenance or type training and a copy of the approval letterissued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the concerned type training, ifapplicable;8. Other supplementary information as requested by the Civil Aviation Authoritywhen necessary.RenewalThe applicant is required to submit the following documents or information:1. The completed application form published by the Civil Aviation Authority;2. Original copy of identification document or passport;3. Employment letter issued by the airline or maintenance organizationincorporated in Macao;4. Personal log book;5. Other supplementary information as requested by the Civil Aviation Authoritywhen necessary.

For different categories of the MAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License,the applicant must pass the relevant examinations for the conversion of foreignlicense to be carried out in the Civil Aviation Authority.2.
