<strong>Calix</strong> solutions forwater-borne heating10For a long time we have been working with vehiclepre-heating for passenger cars, trucks, tractors, busesand entrepreneurial machines. The experience we havegathered over the years is also implemented in the marineapplications.Our solutions for water-borne heating are ideal for theboats with an pre-built-in heating system.The system basically consists of two components, the PHheaterand the circulating pump. The heating system heatsup the cooling liquid and the pump circulates it around thesystem. During spring and autumn it might be a bit dampinside the boat, which can be avoided with the help of the<strong>Calix</strong> heating system.Previously, this was the reason for leaving the engine running,or using a petrol heater when in the marina. Withour system, this is no longer required, it can be dry andwarm inside your boat at all times. In this way, our systemis a very economical alternative that minimises the risk offire and toxic pollutant, and is as good for your privatefinances as it is for the environment.

It has a built-in thermostat as an overheating protection. Because of its size, it isvery easy to install in narrow engine compartments.Circulation pumpA highly effective and well tested pump, that circulates the heated liquid in the heatingelements.Our circulation pump is nearly maintenance-free and runs very quiet. Together withthe PH-heater it makes up our system for water-borne heating of boats in the marina.When purchasing a circulation pump, a transformer to run the pump is included in thepackage.11
