A letter will be sent to you after the decision ismade. This letter will tell you the reason(s) <strong>for</strong> the decision. It will tell you whatto do if you don’t like the decision.Whom can I call If my child’s health is at immediate risk?If your child’s doctor or psychologist believes that using the usual time framesto decide your Fair Hearing will harm your child’s health, you or your child’sdoctor or psychologist can call the Department <strong>of</strong> Public Welfare at 1-877-356-5355 and ask that your Fair Hearing be decided faster.
