Each linear booth will include 8 ft high back drape, 3 ft high side drape and a 7" x 44"
Company ID Sign. Your ID sign will be the same as what is shown on your contract.
Exhibitors are responsible for carpeting and furnishing their individual booths. Floor covering
in your booth is mandatory. The booth identification sign is for identification only and should
be replaced with a professional sign that is part of your booth. An ashtray and wastebasket
will be provided complimentary if ordered in advance.
Island Booth space includes ashtrays and wastebaskets. If you require a back drape, it can
be ordered from the General Contractor, Hargrove Inc.

Booth Fee(s) Payment Schedule
$19.00 per square foot 50% with Application
$175.00 (Each) Corner Fee 50% due January 3, 2011 (full payment due on new sales after this date)
Co-Exhibiting Fee
Any company sharing an exhibitor’s booth (not owned by the exhibiting company) will be charged a $500.00 co-exhibiting fee.
The appropriate co-exhibitor form and payment must be completed and submitted to Show Management. This fee allows the
co-exhibitor to present its products and/or material in the booth, have a separate listing in the show directory, have exhibitor
badges with their company name, receive an Exhibitor Service Manual, booth sign, and have advertising and promotional
opportunities. Co-exhibitors will receive individual billing for contractor services. The Co-exhibitor Form is available from
Show Management and will be in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
