Multiple-Locations Dealerships/Cooperatives – Dealers/Cooperatives with multiple locations maycombine points from their Dealerships/Cooperatives to compete in CHC, but once they are combined,they remain combined permanently. Multiple Dealerships/Cooperatives not currently combined may nowcombine for CHC Terranea Resort by notifying Land O’Lakes Purina Feed sales management bySeptember 1, 2012. Multiple location Dealerships/Cooperatives which do not combine their pointscannot shift business from one location to the other for the purpose of winning CHC.To win CHC, a Dealership/Cooperative must also be current within approved credit lines on June 30,2013 and must still be a Land O’Lakes Purina Feed Dealer/Cooperative at the time the CHC 2013meeting is conducted.CHC winners can earn a second CHC trip for another couple (owner, manager, or key employee) byshipping a minimum of 90,000 CHC points and a minimum increase of 5,400 points over base.Chow Honor Council OfficersAll Dealers/Cooperatives who win CHC and have been a Dealer/Cooperative since January 1,2011 are eligible to be an officer.CHC President - The Dealership/Cooperative which ships the largest CHC points increaseover base will be declared President of CHC.CHC Vice Presidents - The four Dealerships/Cooperatives that ship the largest CHC pointsincrease (excluding the Presidential winner) will be recognized as Vice Presidents of CHC.1 st Vice President - 2 nd to CHC President in total point increase2 nd Vice President - 3 rd to CHC President in total point increase3 rd Vice President - 4 th to CHC President in total point increase4 th Vice President - 5 th to CHC President in total point increaseIf a Dealer/Cooperative purchases an existing Land O’Lakes Purina Feed dealership orcooperative during the CHC incentive program period, they may choose one of the followingoptions: *a. Participate in the CHC incentive program with both dealerships/cooperatives bykeeping separate records on bases and sales growth of both businesses.b. Merge the bases together and participate in the CHC incentive program. Bases willbe combined and growth calculated on the total business.*Exceptions require the approval of the Director, Strategic Sales Development.If a new owner, other than an existing dealer/cooperative, purchases an existingLand O’Lakes Purina Feed dealership or cooperative during the CHC incentive period, they maychoose one of the following options:a. Participate in the CHC incentive program – keeping the existing baseb. Participate in the CHC incentive program – establishing a new base
