HYbrid4: FREEDOM AND CONTROL3008 HYbrid4 offers drivers the freedom to choose from 4 differentdriving modes:In Auto Mode the electronics control the diesel engine and the electric motor to workin the most efficient way. The ZEV Mode is 100% electric and allows you to enjoy thepleasure of driving in total silence whilst having zero emissions. In Sport mode theengine and motor work together to provide a more dynamic performance and offer thefull 200 bhp. In 4WD mode the engine and motor operate together to obtain the besttraction, this increases your safety and the vehicle’s grip.As well as these unique driving experiences, the average fuel consumption is 35%lower than that of the current generation of diesel engines. The 3008 HYbrid4 fuelconsumption in the combined cycle is 74 mpg and has emissions of just 99g CO 2 !

ELECTRICPOWERThe HYbrid technology combines a diesel engine(2.0 HDi 163 FAP) with an electric motor whichhas a maximum power of 37 bhp.The engines operate alternately or simultaneouslydepending on the driving mode.How the HYbrid works:*When the vehicle is stationary, the engine and motor arestopped resulting in zero fuel consumption and zero CO 2emissions.The electric motor powers the vehicle when setting off,driving at low speeds and when decelerating.When accelerating the engine and motor work together toprovide maximum power and on main roads or motorwaysthe diesel engine powers the vehicle.*Subject to driving conditions.ELECTRIC MOTORThe electric motor has a capacity of 37bhpand powers the vehicle when:• Setting Off• Driving at low speeds• DeceleratingThe electric motor is designed for city driving.Electric MotorEnergy RecoveryThe electric motor runs from a battery located in the rearof the vehicle. The battery recharges when deceleratingand braking.
