TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Intending bidders are required to deposit refundable / adjustable eligibility fee as indicated in thetable. The eligibility fee shall be paid in cash or by an account payee Demand Draft for the ChunkSite of Jalandhar favouring Estate Officer, PUDA, Jalandhar payable at Jalandhar andCommercial Sites of Amritsar and Commercial Sites and Residential Plots of Gurdaspur favouringEstate Officer, PUDA, Amritsar payable at Amritsar against a proper receipt issued before thecommencement of auction. Any person intending to bid for more than one site will be required todeposit eligibility fee separately for each site.2. Successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the total bid amount (after adjusting eligibilityfee) at the fall of hammer. Another 15% amount shall be paid within 30 days from the date ofauction.3. In addition to 10% of the final bid, the bidder will have to deposit 2% of the final cost of the plot /site (Non Refundable) as “The Punjab State Cancer and Drug Addiction Treatment InfrastructureFund” at the fall of the hammer.4. The balance 75% amount may be paid in four equated yearly instalments with interest @12% perannum in case of commercial sites and chunk site, but in case of residential plots 75% amountmay be paid in six half yearly instalments. First instalment will fall due at one year from the dateof auction. Alternatively, the balance 75% amount can be paid in lump-sum without interest within60 days of the allotment, whereby rebate @ 5% will be allowed for residential plots andcommercial sites, while the rebate will be 10% in case of chunk site.5. The reserve price for corner plots shall be 10% extra. (C* : Corner)6. Possession on 25% payment.7. Sites are offered on "As is where is basis".8. Chief Administrator, PUDA or any other officer authorised by him reserves the right to accept /reject the highest bid or withdraw the site from the auction without assigning any reason.9.
