Please notice the following directions concerning grade transfer:1. Grade transfer will be based solely on the local grades shown on theofficial Transcript of Records issued by the school.2. Information additional to the local grade, such as the ECTS-Grade,Grade Point Average, Grade Points, Class Performance Evaluation etc.will not be considered.3. Are the grades shown both in a grading system (e.g. A-) and in apercentage system (e.g. 95%) on the official Transcript of Records, onlythe percentage system counts towards the conversion of the grade.4. Potential grade conversion suggestions made by a foreign Universitywill also not be taken under advisement.5. The Examination Board reserves the right to revise and alter the gradeconversion table. Every conversion is based on the table valid on theday the grade transfer application is filed.6. If you are part oft he Erasmus-program in Europe it is possible that yourhost university grades you by the ECTS-Grading System (A-B-C-D-E-F). Should this be the only grading system shown on your Transcript ofRecords, the grades will be converted through the ECTS System.
