On gloss finish worktops, scratchesarising in everyday use may be more visible due to the greater amount of light reflected from the gloss surface. The appearance of scratchesdoes not in itself mean that the product is not of satisfactory quality. Symphony use numerous materials in the manufacture of your kitchenand these different products may reflect light in different ways. Accordingly, this may give rise to the appearance that the colours of thedifferent components of your kitchen do not match absolutely. A slight difference in colour between different components does not in itselfmean that the product is not of satisfactory quality. This does not affect your statutory rights.
