Such resources mayinclude individual client strengths; naturallyoccurring resources within the social environment;and formal services provided by the casemanager, employing organization, externalorganizations, or other service delivery systems.Delineation of the responsibilities of the socialwork case manager, the client, and otherinvolved parties is integral to service planningand successful implementation.
