details and application procedures: http://ed.fullerton.edu/EDEL/
Applicants for admission into the Multiple Subject Credential
Program are evaluated at several transition points measuring candidates’
progress toward meeting program outcomes as outlined in
the College of Education’s conceptual framework. Specifically, these
include knowledge (scholarship, breadth of understanding), skills
(professional aptitude, physical and mental fitness) and dispositions
of application includes:
program) for the last 60 units
■ Autobiography
■ Interview with Education Faculty members
Program faculty and staff also conduct informal assessments of
applicants’ suitability for teaching throughout prerequisite courses
and the application process. Further evidence is provided subsequent
to application when opportunity is provided for verification of
tuberculosis screening and certificate of clearance that verifies the
absence of a criminal record.
Details concerning admission procedures and criteria are
available in the Office of Admission to Teacher Education in CP-540.
continuous and satisfactory progress as assessed at specific transition
points throughout the program, including passage of the California
Teaching Performance Assessments (TPA).
Application for Teaching Credentials
Upon completion of a multiple subject credential program the
credential candidate must submit an application to the Commission
