16(ii) current liabilities incurred since the [Audited]Statements Date in the ordinary course <strong>of</strong> theBusiness; and(iii) scheduled payments pursuant to obligationsunder loan <strong>agreement</strong>s or other contracts orcommitments described in this Agreement or inthe schedules hereto.(c)(d)created any Encumbrance upon any <strong>of</strong> its properties orassets, except as described in this Agreement or in theschedules hereto;sold, assigned, transferred, leased or otherwise disposed<strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong> its properties or assets, except in theordinary course <strong>of</strong> the Business;( e ) <strong>purchase</strong>d, leased or otherwise acquired any properties orassets, except in the ordinary course <strong>of</strong> the Business;(f) waived, cancelled or written-<strong>of</strong>f anyaccounts receivable or any amountsCorporation, except in the ordinaryBusiness;rights,payablecourseclaims,to the<strong>of</strong> the( g ) entered into any transaction, contract, <strong>agreement</strong> orcommitment, except in the ordinary course <strong>of</strong> theBusiness;(h) terminated, discontinued, closed or disposed <strong>of</strong> anyplant, facility or business operation;(i) had any supplier terminate, or communicate to theCorporation the intention or threat to terminate itsrelationship with the Corporation, or the intention tosubstantially reduce the quantity <strong>of</strong> products or servicesit sells to the Corporation, except in the case <strong>of</strong>suppliers whose sales to the Corporation are not, in theaggregate, material to the Business or the Condition <strong>of</strong>the Corporation;(j) had any customer terminate, or communicate to theCorporation the intention or threat to terminate, itsrelationship with the Corporation, or the intention tosubstantially reduce the quantity <strong>of</strong> products or servicesit <strong>purchase</strong>s from the Corporation, or its dissatisfactionwith the products or services sold by the Corporation,except in the case <strong>of</strong> customers whose <strong>purchase</strong>s from theCorporation are not, in the aggregate, material to theBusiness or the Condition <strong>of</strong> the Corporation;
