PA Outcomes:*- Provide PDs/PAs/EODs (Jurisdictions) with a strong working knowledge of who tocontact within the EPSCoR Community on EPSCoR related issues and concerns- Policies and procedures for PA Leadership Committee are clearly understood and agreedupon- Policies and procedures for the triage helpline, templates, and community websitecommittees are clearly understood and agreed upon- PDs/PAs/EODs and NSF EPSCoR have a clear understanding of the PA and EOD roles andthe work they are doing in support of the PDs and jurisdictions on all EPSCoR projectsEOD Outcomes:*- EOD Charter written and agreed upon- Connections forged and nurtured among EPSCoR EOD constituents so that they may havethe ability to assist all EPSCoR jurisdictions leverage ideas and programs- Website survey with an agreed upon plan for further development and operation- Incorporation of the follow-up information of the Arkansas Education Outreach conferenceand key themes identified from the Engaging America's Talent – Videos[http://www.arkepscor.org/EAT_Web/html/conference_video.html] in a broaderdiscussion to further website developmentPA/EOD Outcomes:*-Provide for approval a fully developed agenda to the PD Executive Committee and NSFEPSCoR for the additional PA/EOD meeting day in Louisiana, January 2011.*All PA and EOD Outcomes will be presented to the PD Executive Committee for approval,which, if approved, will then be formally submitted by the Chair, PD Executive Committee tothe NSF EPSCoR Office for approval.33
