He holds a BFA in Theater from the University of Minnesota(summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and a diploma from the Academy for Eurythmic Artat the Goetheanum in Switzerland. From 1989 until 2003, David-Michael lived in Seattle,where he was a founding member of Threshold Ensemble (a Playback Theatre company),and where he worked with various theater and dance companies. He also taught at AntiochUniversity Seattle, at all of the <strong>Waldorf</strong> schools in Washington State, and was on the foundingfaculty of Sound Circle Center. Based in Boulder, CO since 2003, he taught eurythmy,Goethe’s ‘Faust’, Ancient History, World Religions, and directed at Tara Performing Arts High<strong>School</strong> until 2010. At the same time, he taught at <strong>Waldorf</strong> schools and kindergartensthroughout Colorado until the focus on the new Sound Circle Eurythmy full-time Trainingprogram forced him to give up all that work.
