Кроме того,законопроектом впервые устанавливается порядок осуществленияприграничных связей органами местного самоуправления.Ожидаемое вступление в силу федерального закона «О приграничномсотрудничестве» позволит не только установить правовые рамкиосуществления приграничного сотрудничества и регламентироватьдеятельность его участников, но и унифицировать региональноезаконодательство, предоставив субъектам Российской Федерации равныеправа и возможности в реализации приграничных контактов.
