Thanksgiving and Remembrancefor those Ministers who have diedPRAYER:God and Father of all, we praise you for your infinite love in calling us tobe a holy people, a royal priesthood, a universal Church: and in givingus your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord, to be the head of the Church and theshepherd of our souls. We thank you that by his death he has overcomedeath and, having ascended into heaven, has abundantly poured forthhis gifts: making some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists,some pastors and teachers, to equip your people for the work of ministryand the building up of his body. We thank you that you called our sistersand brothers whom we now remember to the ministry of your Church. Inthanksgiving and joy we celebrate their ministry, through Jesus Christ ourLord.
