TCX525 Tire ChangerAutomatic Tilt-Column Tire ChangerThe TCX525 tire changer features apneumatically operated, pedal-controlledtilt-back post to demount and mountpassenger-car, motorcycle and lighttruckwheels. Services rim diametersfrom 11 to 24 inches and tire widths upto 330 mm (13 in.). Strong, versatile,extremely practical and fast to use, theTCX525 offers great performance andmaximum reliability.Turntable Features The TCX525 has a powerful,bi-directional turntable, whichfeatures an inside clamping range of13 to 24 inches and an outsideclamping range of 11 to 22 incheswithout adding extensions. The four specially contouredclamping jaws are operated by twopowerful air cylinders that ensureclamping on any type of rim. A user-friendly pedal assemblycombines all the tire changercontrols for fast and safe operation.One pedal regulates clamp/slideopening with a cam system toprevent tire pinching duringclamping operation.Shown with optional beadblaster jaws systemAlloy Rim ProtectionAlloy rim protector kit is supplied for operating on alloy rims withoutrisk of damage. Jaw and sliding element polymer guards protect the edge of the rimduring the self-centering locking phase. Mount/demount head polymer inserts protect both the edge and theside of the rim from any contact with the mount/demount head duringthe tire removal and refitting phases. Polymer bead lever protectors prevent damage to alloy rims causedby contact with the lever when the tire is being changed. Polymer shovel guard covers the edge of the bead loosener shoveland protects the inner part of the rim.

TCX525 Standard FeaturesDemounting and Mounting Mounting and Demounting Arms lock at the sametime with a single pneumatic control. They featureautomatic spacing of the toolhead in both thehorizontal and vertical directions. Mount/demount head is made of microcast steel withadjuster screws on both operating axes for ease ofuse on any type of rim. It is equipped with plasticinserts for full protection of alloy rims.Bead Loosener Powerful bead loosenerwith a double-actingpneumatic cylinder isdesigned to transfer ahigh force onto theshovel for fast andaccurate bead loosening. Because of its crossarticulating design, thebead loosener shovelmates precisely withsmall to large tireprofiles. The rubber rest andpolymer shovel guardallow you to work onalloy rims safely andergonomically.TCX525 Optional FeaturesOptional Bead Blaster Jaws Tire inflation system with foot-pedal control assists beadseating by providing air bursts from the turntable.
