THE NKC/HEZHUNTER JUNIOR ANDYOUNG WOMEN’S2 Day Cycling TourSATURDAY JUNE 14 & SUNDAY JUNE 15 2014PROUDLY SUPPORTED BY:Hunter Economic Zone (HEZ), Hunter District, Kooragang Open and Cessnock Cycling Clubs as well asCessnock City Council who arranged for the course to be swept prior to the event.POWERED BY OUR COMMERCIAL SPONSORS:

THE TOURGENERAL CLASSIFICATION.All age groups will be decided on time. The lowest time over 2 or 3 stages will be the winner. If there is a tie,the fastest ITT time will decide the winner.There will be time bonuses at the finish of the criterium and the road races.1st Five seconds, 2nd Three seconds, 3rd Two seconds, and 4th One second.There will be no KOM/QOM or sprint jersey awarded during the competition.There will be sprint “primes” prizes in the Criterium and Road Race at the start finish line on designated laps.NUMBERS.TWO (2) jersey numbers will be supplied to all riders with a timing chip.These are to be placed on the riders back and left hip.Failure to return numbers and timing chip will result in the rider being charged the replacement fee byCNSW and the riders licence not be returned until payment has been arranged.RACE PENALTIES.All CNSW/CA rules apply.You must not cross the centre line. Penalties are at the discretion of the Commissaires.PRIZE MONEY - LEADERS JERSEY.Prize money will be awarded to the 1st three place getters in each stage and the top five on GC at the endof the tour. The leaders Yellow jersey will be provided to the race leader after each stage and kept by theoverall winner of the GC.The yellow jersey must be worn by the GC leader in the Criterium and Road Races. If the jersey is not wornby the rider they will forfeit the prize money.Sponsors make these races happen and wearing of the jersey helps us promote and support them.PRESENTATIONS.Presentations will occur following each stage. The earlier age groups presentations may occur during theolder group’s events. Please ensure that you listen to the PA announcer Mr Mark Craig for up to date detailsof presentations and event.Once again, it is imperative that riders are present for these presentations so that prizes can be awardedand photos taken for the sponsors.Rider and handlers briefing.Briefing for riders and handlers/parents will occur before the Criterium and Road race. The riders will beinstructed on the line of the ITT.Make sure the rider is aware of their allocated start time as no alternate will be provided if they miss theirstart.

Itwas 2000 when we started roasting washed fancy Arabic coffee and offering our blends to the localcafe market. Our name Peaberrys is related to the unique singular round coffee seed that forms in acoffee cherry normally housing two seeds. It’s Ok, you would not be the first to ask “Do you only roastPeaberry Coffee”? We have been known to put out some great straight up Peaberry coffee from timeto time, but on the whole our name is Peaberrys Coffee Roasters.Our coffee came as a welcomed alternative to the coffee roasters of the day. Our blends were lighterand elegant with a focus on the coffee individual character.
