No.S.O.30/C.A.11/1948/S.27/2009.- With reference to the <strong>Government</strong> <strong>of</strong><strong>Punjab</strong>, <strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Labour</strong>, NotificationNo.S.O.92/C.A.11/1948/S.27/Amd./2008, dated the 4 th December, 2008 and inexercise the powers conferred by section 27 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Minimum</strong> <strong>Wages</strong> Act, 1948(Central Act XI <strong>of</strong> 1948), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, theGovernor <strong>of</strong> <strong>Punjab</strong> is pleased to make the following amendment in the Scheduleappended to the said Act, namely:-AMENDMENTIn the said Schedule, in part-1, after the last existing entry, the followingentry shall be added, namely:-“68. Employment in Security Agencies.”.Sd/-P. RAMPrincipal Secretary to <strong>Government</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Punjab</strong>,<strong>Department</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Labour</strong>.
